Aditya Kapoor graduated from the National Institute of Advertising in Graphic Design. With a keen interest in the visual medium, he has pursued a career in photography with a focus on editorial and documentary work. As a natural progression to his image practice, he now works with moving image and video as well. In addition to cinematography, he has directed ad films, documentaries and music videos. Aditya’s has done assignments for various corporate clients, NGOs and publications. Some of his corporate clients include Google, Netflix, Firefox bikes, Bodyshop, Cartier, Ferrari, Bacardi, Ministry of Tourism , Ministry of Defense and Common Wealth Games Federation. He has also worked with UN agencies and humanitarian aid organizations like Mercy Corps CARE and Adventures beyond barriers Foundation. His editorial work has been published with New York Times, Al Jazeera, Getty Images, National Geographic India, The Independent, Monocle, Süddeutsche Zeitung, Dorling Kindersley, Outside Magazine, The Caravan, India Today, Tehelka and Roli Books.
