Requirements

As part of the marketing team of Serendipity Arts Foundation, the role requires you to:

  • Create and design various materials for digital and print
  • Ensure projects are completed within timelines
  • Advise best practices and optimizations throughout design projects
  • Work with a wide range of media and graphic design software
  • Establish creative direction for the company within brand guidelines
  • Manage multiple projects within design specifications
  • Determine voice and messaging for graphic design pieces
  • Implement feedback and changes whenever possible
  • Create visualizations that convey accurate messaging for the project

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Minimum 2-year work experience
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in a creative field
  • Proficiency in softwares such as Adobe Suite, Photoshop, InDesign, and Illustrator
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Portfolio of work with a wide range of creative projects
  • Time management and organizational skills
  • Familiarity with HTML and CSS preferred

Requirements

As part of the marketing team of Serendipity Arts Foundation, the role requires you to:

  • Trimming footage and putting together the rough project
  • Inserting dialog, sound effects, music, graphics, and special effects
  • Create an initial proposed storyboard draft
  • Extensive knowledge of all video editing softwares
  • Assembling of raw footage
  • Must have experience in audio- related work 
  • Should be punctual with deadlines
  • Up to date with latest trends in video editing
  • Ability to work to a tight schedule
  • Ability to translate ideas into complete projects
  • Time management and organizational skills

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Minimum 2-year work experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in film studies, cinematography, or related field
  • Previous work experience as a video editor
  • Hands-on experience with editing software, including Adobe After Effects, Final Cut Pro X, Avid Media Composer, Lightworks, and Premier
  • Creative and artistic skills
  • Familiarity with 3D composition and special effects

Requirements

As part of the marketing team of Serendipity Arts Foundation, the role requires you to:

  • Develop content that produces high-quality and inspiring social media content
  • Create and champion the strategy and vision of CPI’s creative in support of the overall brand and marketing objectives
  • Core areas of responsibility will include overall brand creative content, which includes everything from content, copy writing, design and directing layout. Emphasis on copywriting and content
  • Direct creative strategy and deliverables of multi-channel campaigns Guide all creative efforts to deliver premium, creative, innovate and world-class design and creative solutions
  • Collaborate effectively as a creative partner with internal teams such as Marketing, Programming and other verticals
  • Own end-to-end creative process from concept to writing and production across all marketing media including television, radio, presentations, website, collateral, digital and print advertising, email, photography, video, and events
  • Driving strategy, development and executing all creative campaigns ensuring a consistent brand across channels
  • Work with a team of in-house producers, designers, and artists, among other partners daily to accomplish first-class work and collaborate with programming team, Executives and the Marketing team
  • Identify the conceptual and strategic direction for various content projects and presents those ideas to the marketing and digital head
  • The ability to meet deadlines and manage ongoing content workload

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Minimum 2-year work experience
  • Strong communication and writing skills, specifically in English
  • A strong understanding of editorial process and a keen eye for detail
  • Strong organisational and multi-tasking skills
  • Strong teamwork capabilities
  • Willing to work with flexible working hours as and when required
  • Ability to work within tight deadlines
  • Excellent skills in Microsoft Office
  • Experience in the arts is preferable, but not compulsory
  • Proficiency with softwares such as InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop would be an advantage

DIGITAL MARKETING EXPERT

As part of the marketing team of Serendipity Arts Foundation, the role requires you to:

  • Executes online promotional campaigns and supports vendor marketing campaigns
  • Optimizes organic and paid search strategies, supports e-mail marketing campaigns, implements on-site banner advertising, sets-up online promotions/coupons and performs other marketing activities to meet business objectives and revenue goals
  • Improves search engine optimization by recommending changes to website architecture, content, linking, keywords and other factors
  • Profound understanding of Google Ads Manager, Facebook Business Manager and LinkedIn Campaign Manager
  • Conceptualize ad campaigns for the purpose of lead generation and conversion
  • Management of ad budgets, A/B testing ad creatives, setting up audiences, and optimizing for conversions and KPIs
  • Setup of landing pages and conversion tags
  • Analysis of campaign data and reporting on recommendations and strategy on a monthly basis
  • Perform digital advertising audits to track patterns to extract executable insights
  • Improves search engine optimization by recommending changes to website architecture, content, linking, keywords and other factors.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Minimum 2-year work experience
  • Experience using multiple ad platforms including Google Search/ Display/Shopping Ads, Facebook, and Twitter, as well as media buys
  • Strong knowledge of all digital tools and social media channels; knowledge of branding and brand building; knowledge and experience using Microsoft Excel, Word, Access, and PowerPoint are required
  • Analytical and at home with Google Analytics and Salesforce integrations to analyze, campaign effectiveness in a statistically sound manner and improve campaign-performance
  • Extremely tech-savvy, with a solid understanding of SEO, and are comfortable using tools such as Google Optimize, Google Tag Manager, and marketing automation tools to build highly performing campaigns
  • We are seeking someone who has excellent writing and communication skills who can manage multiple complex projects, campaigns and initiatives independently
  • Willing to work with flexible working hours as and when required
