Aditya Raghavan is a chef, cheese maker and dairy consultant, who currently resides in Edmonton, Canada. Having travelled extensively in India and studying the various dairy traditions that exist in the country, he has been keenly interested in sharing his knowledge with people and popularising some of the rarer Indian cheese products.
