Keatan Jadhav is an actor and artistic director at Theatre Flamingo based in Goa. After completing his masters in theatre he has formed a group of thespians who work in children’s theatre and experimental theatre in Goa and Mumbai. He believes in  rigourous training and experimental processes as an actor like doctors or scientists go through when they complete their primary education. He is on a quest of developing an acting approach with body, emotions and voice in his TF lab where he also develops and researches on animal postures, voice and natural instinct. Currently undergoing Butoh training with a Maxico-based artist, he has worked as an Assistant professor in performing arts in education colleges of Goa. Also he was a project Associate at IGNCA, autonomous body of ministry of culture India. Working in children theatre and applied theatre from 2016 in Goa and have developed a Project called Ghumchye Katar Theatre Supported by Ravindra Bhavan, Margao, autonomous body under Directorate of Art and Culture Goa. This project is currently running and have reached 13,000 children from 2018. He has also received mime reasearch scholarship from ministry of culture (2013).

He has worked in 60 verbal & nonverbal plays and undertaken 27 theatre workshops in Goa and outside Goa. As an actor he has performed in ITFOK (2019) and Theatre Olympics (2018).

His short film, ‘A cold summer night’ was officially selected in Locarno, Switzerland, Busan International film festival and other 32 national and international film festivals. Besides theatre he keeps himself busy in acting riyaz and solo tracking and traveling.
