Responsibilities
Editorial & Content Development
• Develop original, engaging writing for Foundation-led initiatives, para-academic projects, and institutional collaborations.
• Manage and oversee all editorial content related to curatorial and Foundation-led programmes.
• Write, copy-edit, and proofread texts across formats including catalogues, publications, digital platforms, proposals, and presentations.
• Commission writers for print and digital publications, and manage the editorial workflow from concept to final delivery.
• Ensure consistency in tone, language, and editorial standards across all written material.
Collaboration & Project Coordination
• Work closely with the programming and curatorial teams to understand projects across the Festival and year-round Foundation initiatives.
• Collaborate with marketing and fundraising teams to develop editorial content for:
Social media campaigns
Newsletters
Grant proposals
Donor presentations
Project reports and communication material
Administrative & Management Responsibilities
• Manage contracts, payments, and administrative coordination with commissioned writers and contributors.
• Maintain editorial schedules and ensure timely delivery of all content.
• Support documentation and reporting requirements for institutional and funding partners.
travel requirements
• Travel between Delhi, Goa, and other parts of India as required to support projects.
• Mandatory presence in Goa for a minimum of 25 days in December during the Serendipity Arts Festival.
Qualifications & Skills
Essential Requirements
• Minimum 8-10 years of professional experience in publishing, editorial management, or related fields.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Strong understanding of editorial processes with a keen eye for detail.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
• Strong organisational and teamwork skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Preferred Qualifications
• Prior experience in arts, culture, or creative sectors (desirable but not mandatory).
• Working knowledge of InDesign, Illustrator, Canva, and Photoshop.
• Comfort working flexible hours when required, especially during festival periods.

Responsibilities
• Coordinate all culinary arts events, including workshops, demonstrations, talks, seminars, and festival programmes.
• Oversee project timelines, deliverables, and overall execution to ensure high-quality culinary programming.
• Support and track curators’ projects across ideation, development, planning, and final presentation.
• Organise meetings, follow‑ups, and documentation to advance curatorial objectives.
• Manage all logistical needs, including travel, accommodation, site visits, vendor coordination, and scheduling.
• Work with the operations team on production requirements such as technical detailing, spatial planning, and on‑ground execution.

Responsibilities
Community & Ecosystem Partnerships
• Develop, nurture, and sustain strategic relationships with internal teams, ecosystem enablers, cultural institutions, NGOs, government bodies, corporates, donors, and industry networks to expand the incubator’s footprint.
• Build a strong community of artists, crafts-based entrepreneurs, mentors, funders, and collaborators.
• Represent the incubator at ecosystem events, exhibitions, demo days, and sector forums.
Program Design & Execution
• Identify, onboard, and collaborate with relevant stakeholders and mentors to co-design and deliver structured incubation and acceleration programs.
• Ensure programs are aligned with the unique needs of art, craft, and creative enterprises, including market access, design innovation, branding, and sustainability.
• Coordinate workshops, mentorship sessions, peer-learning forums, and cohort-based activities.
Incubatee Support & Engagement
• Work closely with incubatee startups and creative entrepreneurs to understand their business, artistic, and operational needs.
• Facilitate access to mentorship, technical assistance, market linkages, funding opportunities, and capacity-building resources.
• Act as a primary point of contact for incubatees, ensuring a high-quality incubation experience.
Monitoring, Evaluation & Learning (MEL)
• Conduct in-depth monitoring of program performance and incubatee progress.
• Analyze qualitative and quantitative data to generate actionable insights for continuous program improvement.
• Prepare periodic reports, dashboards, and impact assessments for internal and external stakeholders.
Funding & Financial Sustainability
• Proactively map and track the funding landscape relevant to arts, crafts, culture, and impact entrepreneurship (grants, CSR, foundations, government schemes, impact investors).
• Design and support fundraising strategies to ensure long-term financial sustainability of the incubator and its graduated cohorts.
• Support incubatees in understanding and accessing appropriate funding mechanisms.
Qualifications & Skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Arts, Design, Social Sciences, Management, Development Studies, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
• 4–8 years of relevant experience in incubation, acceleration, ecosystem development, or relevant program management.
• Proven experience working with funding or incubation of art & crafts–based, creative, or impact-focused startups.
• Strong understanding of the arts, crafts, cultural economy, and social impact entrepreneurship ecosystem.
• Experience engaging with donors, CSR teams, government bodies, and impact investors is highly desirable.
