FAQs

Q1. Are there any specific genres that the Festival focusses on?
A1. No, Serendipity Arts Festival is open to all genres and forms of presentation.

Q2. What kinds of venues will the performance be programmed for?
A2. The Festival has multiple venues across Panjim. Each venue has various unique attributes that lend to the impact of the shows hosted there. Over the years, concerts and performances have taken place at auditoriums, intimate outdoor stages, big stages, black boxes, and other alternate spaces. You can learn more about venues here: https://www.serendipityartsfestival.com/venues

Q3. Can I apply with a new album/set that hasn’t been performed yet?
A3. Yes, you can!

Q4. Can I apply if I do not have a live performance video?
A4. It would be ideal if there is some form of video documentation of a live set for Curators to have a better visual understanding of the performance. However, if it is a work-in-progress or material that has not been performed before, a live practice recording works too.

Q5. What is the duration of the performance?
A5. Ideally 60 minutes.

Q6. Is there any tentative date for the performance?
A6. The Festival dates are 15-22 December 2024, and the performance will be scheduled within this duration. The Foundation team will be in touch with the artist(s) before finalising dates.
